The Jurong Group was founded in 1986, mainly engaged in the development and application of products and new technologies in the fields of acrylic acid, ethylene oxide and new materials industries.

Since 2004, the group has successively invested and built production bases in Yancheng, Taixing, Jiaxing, Yixing and other places. At present, the group is a professional manufacturer of acrylate hydroxyl ester and superabsorbent resin (SAP) in China, and has formed two industrial sectors: propylene industry chain and ethylene industry chain.

Zhou Te dye auxiliaries factory was established to enter the auxiliaries industry.
Formally established Jiangsu Yinyan Chemical Industry Co., LTD., engaged in ethanolamine industry, has been rated as a leading scale enterprise and top ten enterprises with contributions to the city for many years by the People's Government of Zhoutie Town.
Yixing Yinyan Import and Export Co., Ltd. has been established to conduct import and export business of all kinds of commodities and technologies. Operating chemical products and raw materials, the company has been rated as one of the top ten self-operated export enterprises, leading scale enterprises, and one of the top ten enterprises with taxable sales growth rate for successive years. It is a council member of Jiangsu International Chamber of Commerce and a vice president unit of Yixing International Chamber of Commerce.
Jiangsu Jurong Chemical Co., Ltd was established to relocate the business of bisglyphosate/glyphosate engaged in by Jiangsu Yinyan to Xiangshui, and invest in the construction of acrylic acid and ester projects to research and develop bisglyphosate, acrylic acid and acrylic acid and acrylate. The annual capacity is 15,000 tons of diglyphosate, 200,000 tons of acrylic acid and 170,000 tons of acrylate.

Established Yixing Dansen Technology Co., Ltd., completed the construction and operation of 270,000 tons of SAP devices. It is the largest manufacturer of superabsorbent resin (SAP) in China. Its products have won the title of "Jiangsu Famous Brand Products", which are mainly used in the field of daily hygiene products such as diapers, sanitary napkins, pet MATS, nursing MATS, absorbent paper, dust-free paper and so on.
Established Jiangsu Jurong Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and completed the construction of 1 million tons of heavy oil catalysis project. The business scope of the company includes propylene, light oil, light fuel oil, liquefied petroleum gas, methyl tert-butyl ether, etc.
Established Jiaxing Jinyan Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd., completed the construction and operation of ethanolamine 50,000 tons and methanolamine 40,000 tons, engaged in the production and sales of ethanolamine series products, mainly including ethanolamine, methanolamine and isopropanolamine three series products; It is the largest alcoholamine production base in China and one of the main manufacturers of alcoholamine products in the world.
Taixing Dantian Chemical Co., Ltd. was established, engaged in the production and sales of ethylene oxide, monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, food-grade carbon dioxide, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon.
Taixing Yulong Chemical Co., Ltd was established. The company planned once and implemented in three steps. Now it has completed the construction and operation of 320,000 tons of acrylic acid and 100,000 tons of butyl acrylate, specializing in the production of acrylic acid and ester series products, and is a leading acrylic acid production enterprise in China.
Taixing Dantian Chemical Co., Ltd. was renamed Taixing Jinyan Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 1.556 billion yuan and an estimated annual sales revenue of over 4 billion yuan. It mainly produces ethylene oxide, methyl hydroxyethyl ester, methyl hydroxyethyl propyl ester, ethylene and other chemical products, and is one of the key backbone enterprises in Taixing City.
Taixing Yumeng Material Co., Ltd was established.
Taixing Jurong and France Arkema set up a joint venture Taixing Shengke Chemical Co., Ltd. In October of the same year, the third 160,000 tons/year acrylic acid production line was completed and started up smoothly. In December of the same year through the ISO management system certification.
Based on the Group's future strategy, business characteristics, management mode, team training, risk control and other factors, the organizational structure has set up three business divisions, namely acrylic acid, ethylene oxide and new materials.

Time flies, Jurong Group started from a small township printing and dyeing auxiliary factory in 1987. After more than 30 years of restructuring and capacity expansion, it has become one of the largest acrylic acid manufacturers in China.
